Cosh & Co. was founded by Charlie Cosham, ‘Cosh’ to her pals - a recovering innovation consultant and facilitator. For each project, Charlie is joined by the right experts - facilitators, service designers, copywriters, brand strategists - meaning clients always get the A team, not the available team.

My career is characterised by a fascination with bringing brilliant minds together to solve interesting problems.

In the early years, I indulged my curious mind by setting up incubators and innovation labs in Universities - connecting the best thinkers with the best doers to push the boundaries of how to solve problems. I moved into the corporate world through Capgemini Consulting, and began studying the crafts of facilitation and design thinking to help unblock people’s minds and find new possibilities.

I took these skills out into the wild and collaborated with designers, innovators, consultants, change agents and facilitators to tackle a raft of challenges.

Throughout all these experiences. a few things became clear to me:

• Complex challenges are best solved with a diverse range of brilliant minds - beware the group think

• Great ideas aren’t truly great until they’ve been tested in the wild with real humans - beware the post-it-on-a-pedestal

• The world of work is quite often designed in a way that gets to inhibit as much work getting done as is humanly possible - beware the committee

• Change starts at an individual level - people don’t mind change, they mind being changed

• No challenge can’t wait for a good coffee to brew
